Artwork Guidelines

Please upload a print-ready artwork file while placing your order.

• Artwork should be created in CMYK colour mode.
• All fonts must be converted to curves or outlines.
• Images and logos should be supplied in high resolution.
• Please verify the spelling, contact details and envelope-opening direction before approving the artwork.
• Custom design support is available at an additional cost.

Production and Dispatch

The standard production turnaround is approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval and full payment.

Orders are dispatched across India through a trackable courier service. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier availability. Production or courier delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays or high-volume production weeks.

• Printing will begin only after artwork approval and full payment.
• GST at 18% will be added during checkout.
• Delivery or courier charges are applicable separately.
• Final printed colours may vary slightly from the colours displayed on mobile phones or computer screens.
