Sticker Sheet Job

Please check the following requirements carefully before submitting your printing job:

1. Die-Cutting Requirements

• Keep the die-cutting size ½ inch smaller than the printing size.
• A minimum margin of 5 mm must be maintained between two labels.
• A proper die-cut keyline is compulsory and must be included in the CorelDRAW file.
• A CDR file is mandatory for all die-cutting jobs.

2. Preferred File Format

• CorelDRAW (CDR) files of any version are most preferable.
• For maximum print quality, high-resolution JPEG or TIFF files may also be provided.
• Please specify the complete processing details in the CDR file, including the sheet size, paper type, lamination type, half-cut or full-cut requirement, total sheet quantity, and any other relevant instructions.

3. Fonts

• All fonts must be converted to curves before submitting the artwork.
• Please make sure that no editable or missing fonts remain in the file.

4. Colour Settings

• All artwork must be created in CMYK colour mode.
• Avoid complex four-colour shades such as C60, M70, Y30, K35, as they may result in patchiness or colour variation.
• Do not use Registration Black: C100, M100, Y100, K100.Use only 100% Black (K100).

5. Images and Outlines

• Do not resize or scale images with outlines applied.
• Always select Behind Fill while applying an outline.
• All images must be high-resolution and properly embedded in the artwork.

6. Courier Charges & Timelines

• Delivery charges are additional and will vary depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and destination.
• For delays caused by the courier partner, please contact your nearest courier branch directly.
